Terms and Conditions Are As Follows:

• I have ensured that my child understands the importance of adhering to all instructions given by leaders.
• I undertake to inform the church of any changes in the health of my child(ren), or any other changes deemed relevant, prior to the date of the departure.
• I consent to leaders performing basic first aid in the event of an emergency.
• I consent to staff or leaders, in the case of an emergency, allowing my child to receive medical treatment as considered necessary by the medical authories present.
• I understand that if an emergency should occur where my child(ren) needs medical attention, I will incur all medical costs and consent to this being communicated to the medical authorities.
• I accept that the church has no liability for any personal property lost, stolen or damaged and have been advised that valuable items should be left at home and not carried to this event.
• I understand that if my child is found in a compromised situation, it may result in the instant dismissal of my child from the event, and I am responsible for collecting my child from the location of the event.
• ⁠I commit to picking my child(ren) up from MLFC on time and understand that I will be required to pay a late pick-up fee of K100 if my child is picked up any later than 7:30 AM.
• ⁠I commit to communicate to the Impact Youth leaders should my child need to take a taxi home at the end of the event and take full responsibility for this decision.
